who contract with us. We know that keeping your trucks moving
is how you make money. So we work tirelessly to source freight
and match up loads that best fit the needs of our regular
carriers.

Carrier Criteria
How do
you get into an elite group like the NSL carriers?
Our
carriers must meet the following criteria:
1. Been
in business successfully for at least 1 year.
2. Carry minimum cargo insurance of $100,000 and $1,000,000
liability insurance.
3. Operate small to midsize fleets.
4. Have a central dispatch with the ability to make after
hours contact.
5. Agree to and sign our Broker/Carrier contract.
6. Have updated equipment no more than 5 years old.

NSL
Preferred Carrier Program
We are
proud of the bond between NSL and our carriers. Our carriers
know it is a priority for us to develop and maintain lasting
relationships that will encourage continued trust and loyalty
in return.
The NSL Preferred Carrier Program has been developed to
strengthen that relationship with carriers who regularly
haul our loads.

Preferred Carriers receive:
•
Advance Call Preferred carriers receive calls in advance
of loads being placed on
NSL on-line load board.
• Better Equipment Planning:We will help plan the use
of your equipment with
regular lanes, consistent loads while
working with you to develop backhaul opportunities.
• Billing Discrepancies Quickly Settled: Invoice disputes
are settled quickly by telephone,
fax or email not snail mail (USPS).
How
Do You Qualify?
•
You must haul 25 loads for NSL consistently throughout the
first year.
• After this initial 12 month period you may apply
for preferred carrier status.
• To maintain preferred carrier status you must haul
a minimum of 50 loads per year for NSL
while consistently providing excellent
service to our customers.
